So the Republicans are back to being "stealth" candidates again (bring back the 1980's). They always prefer running fruads rather than standing up for their own failed policies.

The rush by Young Republicans to the Libertarian Pary for solace is touching, isn't it?

After much sacrifice and hard work by Democrats in the next decade to correct the mess the GOP made (this time), they will all return to tell the country how our philosophy doesn't work.

No regulation, trickle down economics, privatization, outsourcing, and bomb, bomb bombing is a recipe for failure which the Republicans have now also tied to destroying civil liberties and fiscal irresponsibility.

But all that the country is suffering can be attributed to Clinton's adultry and that black man thinking he's better than the rest of us?

Limnbaugh is fine tuning his vicious, attack dog delivery and can't wait till Bush and his oil cartel/war profiteers are gone so he can put the blame right back on us.

Never face reality or speak the truth is the RNC motto. They are cowards...hit and run drivers.

Kerry didn't drop bombs on unsuspecting civilians. He fought face to face. He was slandered and had an election stolen whole hog from him in
Cuyahoga County. Wake up little eyes.

I loved learning from Tim Russert. He came from a common man and he spoke a common language. I think that is why so many people loved him.

When he was on The Today Show...everyone just lit up, including Tim, when they would get his reports. You could see there was a mutual love shared among the colleagues.

He lived his life the way he wanted to. He took care of his family. He died a very well respected and loved man.

We all could only hope to gain half of what Tim Russert did in his short lifetime.

R.I.P. Tim Russert and God be with your family and friends in the rough days ahead.

Where there is a will, there is a way.

Bob Barr just might make it easier in the long run to get this country back on track. It's the most hopeful sign I've seen in a long time that there are people on the Far who are as outraged as us.

Those in the middle who compromise or flip-flop on such issues as the Bill of Rights don't care about it.

I remember Tim Russert always did his homework and asked the tough questions. Tim Russert was an American character right from Mark Twain.

The Far Right is starting up on Michelle right where they left off with Hillary. The conservatives are bullies who love beating up on women.

I hope Obama and Hillary gang up on the bullies in response.

It's always shocking when dies too young.

I really never gave Russert much notice. From all accounts, he seemed to be a decent man who tried to make a difference. When you have so many co-workers grieving, you know he must have done something right ...apparently he did the same outside the office as well.

May he rest in peace...or start a new life that is as rich and rewarding as this one was.
